Weird Times In Linux Land

There was all sorts of buzz in the Ubuntu communities recently about Oracle and possibly Oracle supporting Ubuntu and then out of nowhere Oracle decides to sell support for RedHat! Crazy!

Now Microsoft and NOVELL (remember Novell?) are getting into bed together. Years ago I supported a large Novell system and it was a great OS. I haven’t tried SUSE in a long time but this kind of stuff is just crazy. And you know RedHat has to be sitting there going “What just happened?”
