I am reading Reality Check by Guy Kawasaki right now. While it isn't his best book so far I've found it valuable.

If you've ever had to demonstrate and sell software his book on what he learned as an evangelist at Apple, Selling the Dream is excellent. Even though this book predates the web its advice is timeless.

Currently reading "Click: What millions of people are doing and why it matters", "Made to Stick" and about to start "Changing the Game: How video games are Transforming the Future of Business".

For fun, I'm a few books behind on The Dresden Files and the latest Star Wars books.

I've read 4 of Seth Godin's books and I'd recommend all of them: Purple Cow, The Dip, Tribes, and All Marketers are Liars. Other non-software books I've liked are "The 4 Hour Work Week" by Tim Ferriss and "Getting Things Done" by David Allen.

While "Code Complete" by McConnel is a Software book, I still think it needs to be mentioned as an excellent text.
